Pasta with White Truffles, Olive Oil, Parmesan, and Basil

Ingredients
1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 tb Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 8.8oz of Basil & Garlic Morelli Pasta
2 tb Of Fresh Basil
Salt
Freshly Ground Pepper
1/4 cup Freshly Grated Reggiano Parmesan Cheese
2 oz Whole Tuscan Truffles
Instructions
In a large pot, bring 4 quarts of lightly salted water to a boil; add
the 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the pasta to the boiling water and
cook until al dente, no more than 5-7 minutes; drain well.
Place the pasta in a pasta serving bowl, slowly and evely pour the cup of olive oil over the pasta, add the fresh basil, and add salt and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle the pasta with the Parmesan Cheese. Using a small cheese grater shave the truffle over
the pasta and serve.
