Pasta with Capers, Olives and Tomatoes

Ingredients
1lb Morelli Wheat Pasta (liguine)
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 Jars (18oz each) Organic Peeled Tomatoes, drained, reserve 1/2 cup of tomato liquid
3 Tablespoons capers, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup pitted black olives
1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
Directions
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a medium skillet and sauté the garlic and red pepper flakes for 2 minute, stirring constantly.
Add the tomatoes and tomato liquid.
Simmer 10 minutes or so until thickened.
Add the capers, olives and parsley.
Adjust the seasoning by adding Salt, if desired.
Cook 5 minutes.
While the sauce is cooking, cook the pasta 5-7 minutes or as package directs. When done, drain and add 1 tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Place in a serving dish. When the sauce is done, add it to the pasta and serve.
