Grilled Sweet Potatoes
From Mollie Katzen - Author of The New Moosewood Cookbook

Put sweet potatoes in heavy duty aluminum foil in a packet. Put right in the coals.
When they get soft , mash them with lime juice. Add salt and enjoy.
