Grilled Corn
From Mollie Katzen - Author of The New Moosewood Cookbook

Open up corn husk, pull out corn silk, close it back up again. Put corn in husk in heavy duty foil, wrap tightly and put in coals.
Once done, peel back husk. Douse all with lime juice and spread with chile mayonnaise. Your favorite mayonnaise mixed with chili powder.
