Annie Chun's Chinese Chicken Salad with Glazed Walnuts

Ingredients

1 pkg Annie Chun's Chow Mein Noodles and Garlic Scallion Sauce
1/2 cup walnut halves
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 Tbsp sugar
4 cups romaine lettuce, thinly sliced
2 Grilled chicken breasts, sliced
1 cup English cucumber, julienned
1 carrot, julienned
1 cup chopped cilantro
2 Tbsp scallion, minced

Easy as 1-2-3 - Pre-cook noodles al dente. Drain in a colander and set aside.

1. Toast walnut halves over medium heat in vegetable oil and sugar until caramelized.
2. Combine salad ingredients and chicken in a large bowl, add noodles and toss lightly with sauce.
3. Garnish with walnuts and serve.
